How do I connect with someone in a diff location, via Wii Fit, so we can exercise together @ the same time?

Is it possible to work out together from different locations using Wii Fit? (Are there any interactive abilities similar to Second Life for example?)

No… Wii-Fit doesn’t have any “Online” gaming…
But, that is a good idea… maybe you should contact Nintendo and suggest that be a feature on Wii-Fit 2??
