What activity on the Wii Fit do you recommend for burning stubborn belly fat?

   i just got one yesterday too!
   it’s soo much fun!
   i’ve excersised for two hours with it today

   It is a common myth that you can “spot” reduce. You can’t. If you want to lose your belly fat, you need to do cardiovascular (cardio) activities. These get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and burn that fat off of you.

   In Wii Fit, these exercises would be any in the Aerobics category – Hula Hoop, Basic Step, Basic Run, and 2 People Run. Do any of these consistently and you will see results.

   I just got it for xmas too!!! I would say in strength, the jacknife. Also, maybe try the leg twist I think it is called… my stomach was working with it at least! GOOD LUCK!
