I can’t recommend the Wii Fit enough – in fact I have just done my daily half hour before sitting down to my work day. For the exercise averse (i.e. me) it is perfect as there is virtually no excuse to not do it – weather, hassle etc are just not factors and the wii fit sitting in my living room is the reminder I need to get moving every day. The activities are very varied and fun so a different workout can be out together every day. I listen to an audio book at the same time so boredom is not a factor.
